The Phoenix Rising is about a young lady named, Raine, whose life is consumed by the war over her homeland. She is one of the last survivors of a native elemental tribe, which has the power to control and embodies the element, fire. Raine is seen as a great commodity amongst the warring royals of the Ice Country and Forest Lands, who both believe she is the key to their own personal victory over the country’s crown.
